SHIPPING POLICY

 ALL PRODUCTS TAKE 3 -7BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS, DAY 1 STARTS THE DAY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED. TRACKING NUMBERS ARE SENT VIA EMAIL AFTER PROCESSING

Packages will be shipped using USPS.

***BUSINESS DAYS DO NOT INCLUDE HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS.

***ALWAYS ALLOW ONE EXTRA BUSINESS DAY FOR PROCESSING AFTER A HOLIDAY OR A SALE. 

***WE DO NOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS ON SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS.

 

Questions regarding orders must be send an Email Please include name, order number.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

If a package is returned to PleziPam LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the  customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. PleziPam LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

PleziPam LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry,PleziPam LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

WE USE STANDARD SHIPPING WHICH RANGES FROM 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS DEPENDING UPON YOUR LOCATION.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Thank you for your purchase with us at PleziPam LLC. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

PleziPam LLC is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. If a 20% sale starts at 12:00 PM EST, and an order is placed at 11:59 AM EST, the discount code will not be honored as the discount code would have been in place at 12:00 PM EST.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Damaged or defective products may be returned, must be unused . Email us . Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
